Accommodation website design

Beautiful websites built around the way guests choose where to stay.

Custom, mobile-responsive websites for Airbnb hosts, holiday rentals, serviced apartments and distinctive accommodation businesses across the UK and Europe.

Available as a standalone service or combined with professional property content

Section 01 · Why it matters

A listing is a page. A website is a brand.

Third-party listing platforms are useful — but they can only ever tell part of the story. An independent website gives an accommodation business room to present its brand, its properties and its point of view in full.

An independent website is a marketing asset, not a guarantee. We do not promise direct bookings, increased revenue or independence from Airbnb.

A well-designed website may help you

  • 01Build a recognisable brand
  • 02Present properties professionally
  • 03Showcase more photographs and videos
  • 04Collect direct enquiries
  • 05Promote several properties in one place
  • 06Explain amenities and policies clearly
  • 07Share local guides and recommendations
  • 08Build an email audience
  • 09Create a central destination for social-media traffic

Section 05 · Build process

A calm, seven-stage build from discovery to launch.

Most projects run four to eight weeks from first call to going live, depending on scope and how quickly content is ready.

Post-launch note — ongoing support, maintenance and further phases of work may be purchased separately.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the property, target guest, current online presence and business goals.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Plan the user journey, website pages, content requirements and priority calls to action.

  3. 03

    Creative Direction

Define the visual style, colour palette, typography and image direction.

  4. 04

    Content Preparation

Organise photography, video, copy, amenities, policies, local information and booking details.

  5. 05

    Website Build

  6. 06

    Review & Refinement

Complete client review and agreed revision rounds.

  7. 07

    Launch

Connect the approved domain, complete final testing and publish the website.

Section 06 · The advantage

Designed and documented by one creative studio.

When the same studio designs the website and captures the content, the result feels quietly cohesive — because it was planned that way from the beginning.

View Combined Packages
  • Consistent visual direction
  • Correct image sizes captured from the beginning
  • Video designed for website placement
  • Coordinated website copy and visuals
  • Fewer suppliers to manage
  • Stronger brand consistency
  • A smoother launch process

Section 08 · Website FAQ

Careful answers, honestly given.

What hosts most often ask before commissioning a website — answered without overpromising on third-party systems.

Ask us anything
Can you build a website for one Airbnb property?

Yes — a large portion of our website projects are single-property sites for hosts with one distinctive stay.

Can I keep using Airbnb after launching my website?

Absolutely. Most hosts we work with continue to use Airbnb alongside their independent website — the two are complementary.

Can you connect my Airbnb listing?

Yes. We can link to your Airbnb listing directly and, where suitable, embed compatible third-party widgets. The precise functionality depends on what Airbnb currently permits.

Can you add a direct-booking system?

Yes. We integrate established third-party direct-booking platforms. We do not build or operate a booking engine ourselves — we connect your site to the system you choose.

Do I need professional photographs first?

Strong photography always helps a website perform its best. If images are missing or outdated, we can produce them through our content studio.

Can you create the website content as well?

Yes. We help structure and refine website copy as part of every project, and can write it in full where useful.

Will the website work on mobile devices?

Every website we design is mobile-first — the majority of guests meet a property on a phone before anywhere else.

Can you connect a custom domain?

Yes. We provide guidance on registering and connecting your preferred domain, and handle the technical steps at launch.

Is hosting included?

Hosting is arranged as part of the launch. Some packages include an initial hosting period; ongoing hosting is confirmed transparently in your proposal.

Can I edit the website after launch?

Yes. Sites are built so you can update copy and imagery yourself, and we include a short training walkthrough at handover.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes — optional care plans cover updates, small edits and seasonal refreshes. Maintenance is separate from the initial build fee.

Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. Redesigns are a core part of the studio — same URL, entirely new experience.

How long does a website project take?

Typical projects run four to eight weeks from discovery to launch, depending on scope, content readiness and revision rounds.

Do you work with properties outside the UK?

Yes. We work with accommodation businesses across the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece and Croatia.
