Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases made from Luxwanderstay through our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Where creative production work has already been substantially delivered or a shoot has taken place, any refund will be assessed pro-rata for the work not yet performed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and use the order number from your receipt to access your order.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit a refund request, or contact Paddle’s buyer support directly from the same page.
  3. Alternatively, email us at hello@luxwanderstay.com with your order number and we will assist.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Shoots may be rescheduled without additional creative fee where the reason is outside either party’s reasonable control (e.g. weather, illness), subject to availability. Cancellations initiated by the client after production has started may be subject to fees covering work already performed, as confirmed in your proposal.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including any right of withdrawal for online purchases in the UK and EEA.
