The client receives a tailored scope of work, a full list of deliverables, a project timeline, any travel requirements and a clear quotation. Nothing progresses without written agreement.

A project-specific shot list, content concepts, filming schedule and styling guidance are prepared and shared with the owner before the shoot day.

On-location capture of the property, its amenities, the finer details, lifestyle moments and — where relevant — footage of the surrounding local area.

Professional selection, colour correction, retouching, video editing, sound design, text overlays and formatting for each intended platform.

The client reviews the agreed deliverables and requests any changes within the included revision allowance defined in their package.

Final files are provided through an organised digital gallery or download folder — sorted, labelled and ready to publish across every channel.
